When ordering from TOOOLbox webshop, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. You will receive a VAT invoice by email after the products are shipped.

PAYMENT

In our webshop you can pay with iDEAL and creditcard via the internet banking environment of your own bank. The prices shown include VAT and excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the product and are calculated automatically during check-out.

DELIVERY

You can choose delivery options during check-out. We'll receive your order est. 5-7 working days after placing the order, and payment is received. If you have an urgency please contact us: info@tooolbox.nl

RETURNS

All products are unique and handmade and therefor cannot be returned unsealed. At return TOOOLbox is not required to refund the purchase price to the client. For surrounding Netherlands it's possible to have a meet and greet with us and have a quick peek in the book before buying it.
